  Room was a good size. Bathroom very outdated and grubby. Cleaners were terrible. No vacuuming at all over our 3 day stay or towel changes on our 2nd day. People parking in your car spot outsider your room. Very badly organised continental breakfast. Hard to find a clean table to sit at to eat your breakfast and nobody looking after the bench where the food is kept. Cereal was everywhere and extremely untidy. Would never stay here again.

  I booked in about a month ago for a 1pm check in and when I arrived the reception wouldn't let me in until 2pm. I had an appointment at 2pm so I had to cancel and go across the road to another complex. Its not like they had to clean heaps of rooms and I had to wait. They were lucky to have 3 cars staying there. The reception lady was extremely rude. I said I have just driven for 3 hours to get here and she replied boo hoo. She had to PR skills at all. When a client is anxious, usually customer service will placate a person not make them angrier. I rang the day before to confirm and the lady said she would get back to me as she was busy. I am still waiting for her reply. I would suggest to stay elsewhere when staying in Sale Victoria.
