  I love being a member of Healthy Inspirations & have been for a few years. Its not just a comfortable gym for women its a friendly place you can go to for some company, inspiration & to meet like minded individuals! You can exercise anytime you want to & not locked into circuit time! which I love. Its all set up for you: exercise machines, massage chair, coffee facilities & showers! enjoy

  Healthy Inspirations - Sale. Thank you to Lisa and her team for the advice and support they offered me. Being a busy person I can't always make appointments but the team are always very accomodating and gently remind me when I need that push. I would genuinely recommend HI Sale for nutrition and fitness advice.

  Healthy Inspirations Sale is a great place to exercise and meet other women with similar goals who want to keep fit and stay healthy. The gym is well fitted out with a range of exercise equipment and the option of additional fitness classes for those who want them. All the staff are very supportive and always welcoming. The community of women who attend the Healthy Inspirations Sale make all new comers feel very welcome and part of the community. It is a great place to learn healthy eating habits and establush an exercise regime that keeps you fit and healthy.

  Love this place best thing l ever did you can do the plan or simply use the gym its friendly and easy to do l love it so do your self a favor and go see the girls you won't regret it

  Friendly, encouraging owner and supportive staff make it easier to allocate the time to exercise and can really enjoy the benefits after.
