RACV's accredited auto repairers. Booked an appointment for a damage quote on car, arrived and was turned away 5 minutes later. Told to come back the next day. Turn around on receiving quote back was ridiculously long - I ended up having to ring them to ask for it, and at that point they told me they only had processed part 1 of the 2 part quote and said they will get back to me the next day. DJ & ML Panels have so many jobs on the go that they have no time for good customer service.

All in all. After ten plus phone calls to both racv and them. It took this mob along with racv two months to "fix" my car. When they find something they don't want to fix. They send you away and tell you to pay and find the diagnosis. They make you jump through hoops and hope you give up and not bother them.

I called them up One month since my car arrived at their shop, and asked if my car is fixed. The girl receptionist said no and again when i asked if a rough estimate can be had she replied "hahaha, dont know".

Next day i got a phone call from this car repairer telling me that the technician couldn't find anything wrong with it. The remote is working and the central remote locking system in the car is working. I asked, so i can remote lock and unlock my car now? He said no, then he proceeds to tell me that racv told him today that this car has taken too long to get fixed, so i am to take the car as is. I asked what about the broken remote locking. He told me i had to take the car to a third party and do a diagnosis to prove that it was working before the crash. It was ridiculous.

Bumper bar fixed with missing clips under guard. Had to pay extra $40 to another smash repair to have that done properly.

When my car was hit. Racv told me to tow to this appointed car repairer. I called them up after I didnot hear from them for a week. They told me they haven't had the time to access it, when i asked them if they can give me a time when they can access it and give me a qoute, i was told "dont know". Had to call racv to ask if i can switch repairer since this mob cannot handle time management. Racv said no but went on and called them up and got them to access it in a week's time.

Called them once a week for the next 3 weeks. On the 7th week my car is finally fixed. When i went and pick up my car i found that all the visible damage was fixed but my remote locking. I told the guy that it was the first thing i noticed when my car was hit while parked, because I couldn't open the doors with my remote and i told racv about this and they told me they made a note. The guy said he wasn't told by racv and he would get an technician the next day to come and have a look.

I asked him who is paying for it. He said i am. I asked him whom i should've taken it to, who would provide such reports that they can prove what works before crashes and what doesn't. He said "dont know". I asked him what should the report entail. He said "dont know".

Staff are very friendly and professional. I was served immediately and didn't have to wait for longer than 1 minute for my car to be assessed. RACV informed me the assessment would take 20 minutes. The staff are very efficient, so the assessment took less than 10 minutes. I was given an appointment date and D.J & M.L. Panels then provided all the assessment details to RACV. There is a comfy couch to relax on if there is a wait. The waiting area has a comfortable atmosphere.
