  Service and quality varies. Check the bag before you go to far when using the drive through. Two hash browns missing on last visit. Amount of ice cream in sundaes also varies from visit to visit - sometimes it's not even half full other times right to the top.

  Definitely not up to normal McDonald's standards. Coffee was burnt and tasted like dishwater, banana bread was also burnt. We ordered dine-in and were given our coffee in disposable cups, when we asked for ceramic mugs we were told that wasn't possible because the dishwasher had been turned off and they didn't want to wash them ... it was only 5:30 pm. Toilets smelt like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. Disappointing all round.

  Airconditioning poor. General state of bins full to over flowing. Ice cream and coffee good as usual.

  Poor service, got made to rush my order and not even have the time to look at the board without being nagged "anything else" is that all" "drive through" when we haven't even fished ordering, get the the next window and again rude service! Got told to wait in wait bay #2. Sat there for a good 10 or so minutes before our order came! Went through the bag to make sure the order was correct after being rudely rushed! To find that I had no chips. So went into the store and told them about them not completing the order, they then apologised and fixed the problem, just to get back into the car and find that they are like cardboard in texture I did try calling the store twice with no answer! What did they do cut up a drink tray and fry it???

  Dirty coffee spill over 2 tables and the floor, Over floated rubbish bin in every spots! On Saturday morning. No point to keep selling when the customer not even have the clean table to sit or put the rubbish.. manager while you ignoring this?
